For your information: exchange rate RUB/USD of Central Bank of RF on the 04th of July, 2008 was 23.41 rubles per dollar, but on the 12th of January, 2009 it was 30.53 rubles per dollar.

On April 11, 2007 in KAZAN city, REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN, the Company “FORTE” held comprehensive technical workshop, dedicated to “OASIS” gas flowing water heaters.
More than 50 specialists from Service Centers, mounting organizations, as well as the authorized representatives of the dealer’s companies of “FORTE” in said region took part in this workshop.
In the course of holding this workshop its participants were acquainted with fundamental principles of the Company “FORTE” operation and got professional consultancy on installation, operation and maintenance of “OASIS” gas flowing water heaters.
As a result of holding said workshop, there were signed new servicing contracts on guarantee and after sales maintenance of “OASIS” gas flowing water heaters.
The Company “FORTE” expresses its particular gratitude to “TATGAZSELKOMPLEKT LTD.”, the official distributor of the Company “FORTE” in KAZAN city, for their assistance in holding this workshop.
During last years they often say about the problem of counterfeits of fakes. Because of illicit actions of the law-breakers in the sphere of the applicable antimonopoly legislation suffer not only final consumers, when purchasing goods of inadequate quality, but also the manufacturing companies of the well-known brands, sustaining serious losses because of unfair actions of the third persons. The Company “FORTE” also faced the problems of certain attempts to distribute counterfeit produce under “OASIS” brand, which long ago won the trust on the part of its Consumers.
Owing to the ramified dealers’ network and trust relations with the Partners said law-breakers have been rapidly identified. They turned to be such entities from VORONEZH region, as “WEST LTD.”, “RUSIMPEX LTD.”, IE KARTAVSTEV V.V. and IE VRAGOV V.A., who were drawn to legal responsibility by the Federal Antimonopoly Authority. Thus, on behalf of the Company “FORTE” these law- breakers tried to arrange selling of the bad quality counterfeit produce, namely, of the gas flowing water heaters under “OASIS” trademark at law prices. The unfairly sold produce had certain distinctions, which were successfully revealed (there is respective description of said distinctions in pdf format).
By virtue of the Resolution, adopted by the Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Authority in Voronezh region all said law-breakers were acknowledged guilty, pursuant to the Part I of the Article 14 of the Federal Law “On competition protection”.
They were ordered to terminate violation of the applicable antimonopoly legislation and currently it is under way the issue about drawing thereof to the administration responsibility in the form of imposing respective penalty sanctions.
Being the official representative of “OASIS” trademark on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Company “FORTE” within the frameworks of its powers prevents emergence of any situations, which concern somehow the matters of the qualitative and, mainly, of the legal promotion of “OASIS” trademark, its illicit copying and spreading of the goods doubles (not original produce). Applicable RF legislation acknowledges sales of such goods as unfair competition, irrespective of the fact, which was the first to put them in the goods turnover. Moreover, such doings may serve as reasonable grounds for drawing guilty persons to the administrative responsibility in correspondence with Article 14.33 of RF Code on Administrative Law Violations in the form of imposing the following penalties:
- For individual entrepreneurs: to the tune of 12000 to 20000 rubles,
- For legal entities: to the tune of 100 000 to 500 000 rubles.
The Company “FORTE” would like to pay attention of its potential Buyers that it bears neither any responsibility for the quality of the counterfeit produce, nor it is capable to provide free guarantee maintenance thereof.
We believe that the abovementioned case will serve a good lesson to all those persons, who would like to obtain profit through unfair competition and illegal actions.
